Transformation Programme Change Manager
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead a high-profile transformation programme. The successful candidate will develop and execute change strategies, foster stakeholder alignment, and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies.
* Engage and align with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Manage the people side of technology delivery, including training and support.
* Drive programme execution, achieving milestones on time.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
* Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in PMO or structured project environments.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month contract offering a daily rate ranging from €600 - €650 depending on experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the success of this exciting project.
