We are recruiting for a Director of Food and Beverage to join the Team at our award-winning hotel.
Supported by our HODs, Food and Beverage Operations Manager and Coordinator, the Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the entire Food & Beverage operation on the Ashford Estate and will report directly to the Hotel Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in a similar role at 5 star level for a minimum of 3 years with strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Marketing Strategies and Staff Recruitment and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Food and Beverage position should:
1. Have previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years in a 5 star hotel or similar.
2. Possess proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
3. Have a good ability to handle pressurised situations and busy periods.
4. Be knowledgeable on Forbes 5 Star standards.
5. Be flexible, innovative, and adaptable.
6. Have fluency in both written and spoken English.
7. Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
