Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care and a safe, supportive environment.
* Develop and maintain individualised care plans, ensuring resident needs and preferences are met.
* Lead staff recruitment, training, and development, promoting best practices in care delivery.
* Conduct audits and implement quality improvements to maintain full compliance with HIQA standards.
* Enforce health and safety protocols, including hygiene, fire safety, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration.
* Minimum 3 years of nursing home management experience.
* Level 6 qualification in Management, Leadership, or a related field.
* Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams, with strong communication skills.
* In-depth understanding of HIQA standards, regulatory compliance, and residential care best practices.
