At Excel Recruitment, we are currently seeking highly organised and detail-oriented individuals for a Procurement Administrator role with our client, a semi-state body based in Dublin 4.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for exposure to the procurement and commercial element of a growing business.
The Procurement Administrator will assist the Procurement team by serving as the initial point of contact for business inquiries related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In this capacity, the Procurement Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring accurate details and documentation are entered into the system, collaborating with the business to support and enhance improvements in this area.
Requirements
* 1 – 2 years’ administration experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines with confidentiality and discretion.
* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Experience of using Dynamics AX or other finance/accounting systems.
* Good customer service experience with the ability to deal with challenging customers.
* Experience in the use of MS Office suite.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
