Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation by following established recipes and kitchen procedures.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, temperature control, and proper storage of ingredients.
* Manage kitchen inventory, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience working in industrial kitchens, preferably in Ireland.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with HACCP principles and manual handling techniques (training provided).
* Pronounced oral English proficiency.
