We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our client's sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales role, be comfortable making a high volume of calls each week, and be skilled at managing leads to drive our company's revenue growth. While industry-specific knowledge is a bonus, it's not required, as we're prepared to guide the right candidate in learning about our industry.
This is a unique role in a leading provider of print and essential marketing/promotional solutions. This role will suit someone who is outgoing and able to manage a very busy workload, multi-task and work flawlessly under pressure.
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience. You know the basics and you’re ready to take it to the next level.
OTE €60k +
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster daily customer engagement through in-person meetings, Zoom, phone calls, and email, including follow-ups on quotes. Record all activities, including pipeline updates, in the CRM and Business Management system.
2. Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new clients.
3. Oversee project deliverables by closely coordinating with the production team and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
4. Drive long-term business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and the internal team.
5. Identify and pursue leads from various sources, including email outreach and follow-ups, managing them effectively on a daily basis.
6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Learn and maintain in-depth industry knowledge, industry trends, and competition.
You will need:
1. Experience in the print industry—covering design, promotional products, signage, events, and marketing materials—is a plus but not required.
2. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar B2B role, with a proven track record of achieving results.
3. Strong relationship-building skills, with a high level of responsiveness and integrity. The role requires excellent teamwork, negotiation, influencing, and sales closing abilities, along with professional persistence.
4. Outstanding communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a strong customer focus are essential.
5. Driving License/ Car.
