As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be joining a mutlidisciplinary based in Dublin that due to growth in project pipeline are now seeking to add to their technical team. The team is made up of BIM experts, architects, technologists, engineers, each a specialist in their area. With a variety of projects there is a wide range in the pipeline and have a focus on widening their portfolio.
Your New Role
As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining the team and having an integral part in the project delivery. You should be able to display technical design knowledge, understanding of BIM workflows and be able to manage multiple projects at different stages in their lifecycles. This role requires you to have strong communication skills, whether that be with your internal team or out on site conducting meetings with clients and contractors. If you enjoy technical challenges, there will be plenty of variety and exciting projects to get started on.
Job Requirements
You should be an experienced Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years practice experience being able to display your Irish Building Regulation knowledge, Irish planning policy and relevant procurement methods. Your portfolio should display strong technical construction drawings and you should be able to demonstrate projects that you have delivered.
Our client is based in North Dublin, easily commutable from city centre but brilliant for those travelling from outside the city. There is a real support for further development and training, while also having a focus on well-being/work life balance. There is a real collaborative feel in the office where there is a great atmosphere to succeed. Salary is ultimately negotiable, but will be dependent on the relevant experience brought to the team Depending on experience it could range from €55K-€80K. Hybrid working is also allowed with 1-2 days work from home.
