The Team Leader will play a key role in the management and planning of our residential services, supporting individuals with physical and sensory disabilities in a person-centred environment. This involves ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service that meets the unique needs, choices, and abilities of each client.
To be successful in this role, you will have a third-level qualification in Health & Social Care or a related field, as well as experience in the provision of community and service-based programmes. You will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical and IT skills.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of our residential services, liaising with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will also document information and complete necessary paperwork to support the delivery of our services.
