This position offers career progression opportunities in a Contracts Management team with the number one provider of Aviation Leasing Services in Dublin.It will be an attractive opportunity for an individual who can rise to a challenge, be adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. The individual will be based in our Dublin office and will be expected to be flexible in visiting client offices to meet their demands, ensuring the continued delivery of best-in-class service to our clients.Role Responsibilities:Ensure documents & data input are accurate and comply with the clients’ terms of the contract, corporate policies and government regulations;Preparation of Maintenance utilisation (i.e. Both MR & Non-MR) for aircraft and engines;End to end lease set up and closure;Preparation of escalations;Assist with clients’ customer billings and system updates;Ensure accurate recording & integrity of all client lease information in the client contract management system;Provide timely and accurate reporting as required;Assist with client’s customer payment receipts and system updates;Support policies and procedures for the clients’ wider team;Reporting on customer payments received.Key Skills & Attributes:Detail-oriented and organised (i.e. diligent, thorough, numerate);Punctual in meeting deadlines through an ability to prioritise;Ability to understand problems quickly;Experience working on contract management systems would be beneficial;Competent working as part of a team;Proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.Equity, diversity and inclusionAt Grant Thornton, we provide equitable opportunities for all our colleagues.
