Program Manager, EU/UK Integrity Compliance Office

Meta is seeking a highly skilled professional program manager, ideally from a risk management or regulatory compliance background, to drive the strategic project portfolio as part of the EU/UK Integrity Compliance Office (ICO).
Responsibilities
1. Drive the execution of the EU/UK Integrity portfolio of projects.
2. Establish effective working relationships and help mature existing processes to ensure an integrated approach to delivery by the Compliance Office.
3. Drive road mapping & long-range planning.
4. Drive budget/forecasting, resource and talent management.
5. Management of internal resources and third parties to support flawless execution of projects.
6. Build relationships and interface closely with a diverse set of Compliance, Legal, Risk, Integrity and Operations partners, subject matter experts, internal control partners and/or first-line risk management professionals.
7. Strategy development and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in design and build out of program management support to governance, risk and compliance (Governance Risk and Compliance) programs in a regulated environment.
2. 5+ years implementation experience of target operating model design and build out.
3. Demonstrable experience of synthesizing complex concepts and translation into effective presentations to internal stakeholders/Boards/leadership.
4. Demonstrable experience liaising with internal and external audiences such as regulators and auditors.
5. Demonstrated experience and understanding of second line of defence regulatory processes, frameworks, policies and risk & control environments.
6. Demonstrable interpersonal experience interfacing with all levels of partners and stakeholders.
7. Demonstrable experience of rapidly building effective internal and external networks.
8. Proven experience of navigating ambiguity and constant change.
9. Autonomous and highly proactive with demonstrated experience of multi-tasking productively and to working independently as well as collaboratively.
You will be an experienced, motivated program management leader with demonstrable experience in building out/maturing capabilities against a background of ambiguity and continuous change.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience within a technology, regulatory, or consulting sector, or a combination thereof.
2. Operational experience and understanding of content-related regulations and regulatory landscape.
3. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
4. Demonstrable experience of working and communicating successfully and respectfully in a complex and matrixed environment.
