We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Strategy Lead to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned with organizational needs.
* Collaborate with suppliers, peer utilities, and government bodies to gather insights and foster innovation.
* Prepare strategy documents, reports, and presentations for governance approvals.
* Support tender processes, ensuring alignment with strategies and assisting in negotiations.
* Manage supplier performance, frameworks, and key metrics.
* Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
* Foster collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in water, utilities, or similar industries preferred.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree or accreditation desirable.
* Expertise: Proficiency in public procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
* Leadership: Strong people management, motivation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Analytical Ability: Skilled at problem-solving, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
* Adaptability: Agile in addressing challenges and aligning with evolving business needs.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
