About the role
We are recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Marketing Manager for our Dairy Ingredients and Nutritional Ingredients business to help us realize our purpose of Reimagining Dairy. We are looking for a passionate B2B marketer with science or food-based marketing experience, who places the customer at the heart of everything they do.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the marketing plan and initiatives, containing clear strategies and tactics that will drive our business forward.
* Collaborate closely with our business development and sales teams to ensure marketing plans and initiatives are fully aligned.
* Create and deliver effective, insight-driven marketing collateral and engage with customers.
* Lead business analysis projects to quantify our target markets and inform our business strategies.
* Provide marketing insights for the strategic planning process, ensuring that the external market landscape is well understood and informs our strategies.
* Support our R&D team in understanding market opportunities and customer needs to aid new product development.
* Manage content, presence, and interaction at key conferences, trade shows, and scientific events.
* Support regular reporting of activities and their impact for the senior management team and key stakeholders.
* Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and practices and educate colleagues on these.
This is a hybrid role based in Tralee.
Qualifications and skills
* Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Nutrition or Science
* 3-5 years relevant experience in the Food, Beverage or Pharma Industries
* Ideally B2B marketing experience
* Digital marketing experience
* Good Communicator with experience of working with multiple stakeholders
* Demonstrable success at anticipating customer needs, planning and actioning marketing projects to address these needs and measuring impact.
* Self-starter attitude and results driven.
