Job Title: Part-time Administrator
CPL Limerick is recruiting for a part-time administrator with high-level administration experience to join our client in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, on a contract basis.
This role is based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, working three days per week on-site.
In a team environment, you will be responsible for various duties including:
* Managing emails and correspondence
* Updating shared folders
* Liaising with family members
* Handling phone calls and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
* Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
* File preparation and uploading documents to the database
Requirements:
* At least six to twelve months of professional clerical/administration experience desired
* Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
* High attention to detail and organisation
