Role Overview:
As Head of Sales, you will report directly to the business owner and hold primary responsibility for managing and motivating the sales team, driving sales strategies, and expanding key business channels. You will be part of the senior management team, collaborating closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions that align with the company's long-term vision. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a passion for growth, relationship management, and team development.
Overview of Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, including telesales, to meet and exceed targets.
2. Sales Strategy & Budgeting: Design and execute cross-category sales strategies, manage budgets, and align sales objectives with growth targets.
3. Executive Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to contribute to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Channel Development: Oversee the growth of an important franchise channel, building strong relationships and driving sales within this market.
5. Key Account Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with high-value accounts, identifying new growth opportunities.
6. Supplier Partnerships: Work closely with suppliers to support new product launches and promotions, increasing market presence.
7. Growth Initiatives: Spearhead innovative sales initiatives to drive company growth and establish a leading market position.

What’s on Offer:
1. Competitive Compensation: Base salary of up to €80,000 - 100,000 (DOE)
