HR Administrator Our client, a leading charitable organization in West Dublin, is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join their growing team.

This role will start as a contract with a view to permanency - immediate start required What you'll do: Streamline Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer letters.
Maintain HR Records: Keep our employee records up-to-date and accurate to ensure smooth operations.
Provide HR Support: Assist with a variety of HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to a Positive Culture: Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
What you'll need: A Passion for People: A genuine interest in people and their development.
Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: The capacity to communicate clearly and concisely.
HR Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
