POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing & Project Management Specialist will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, social media strategy, content creation, and analytics. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is critical in ensuring our online presence aligns with Ballyhass’s mission of inspiring outdoor engagement and adventure. You’ll manage multiple digital projects and campaigns, bringing your insights and attention to detail to our fast-growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to drive engagement, visibility, and follower growth. Plan and execute a digital content calendar that aligns with brand values and audience needs.
2. SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO strategies to enhance website performance and visibility. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and MozPro to track campaign effectiveness, report on key metrics, and inform data-driven decisions.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for new opportunities and market expansion, focusing on key regions.
4. Project Management & Team Collaboration: Lead digital marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and quality control. Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop presentations and pitch decks for key stakeholders, including government and corporate clients, to showcase campaign performance and strategic opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
* Digital Marketing & Project Management Experience: 1+ years in digital marketing, with proven experience in content creation, SEO, and social media management.
* Strong Analytics & Strategic Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
* Communication & Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
