Job Title: Regional Facilities Technical Lead
Location: Galway / Donegal (Castletown Bare or Galway offices)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexibility)
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the management of multiple sites across Donegal, Castletown Bare, and Galway for a leading organisation. As Regional Facilities Technical Lead, you will take ownership of a growing facilities portfolio, working closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee facilities management across multiple offices and operational sites
* Manage operational budgets and third-party contractors
* Support the development and integration of new facilities, many of which will be operational by Q3/Q4
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Liaise with senior managers, external stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver high-quality facilities services
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management
* Strong budgetary management and proven experience overseeing third-party contractors
* Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
* Full clean driver's license required
