Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Dublin West. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that requires the successful candidate to provide HR guidance, support employee relations issues, analyze HR metrics, and improve stakeholder engagement. The role offers hybrid working arrangements with three days on-site and two days working from home.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR advice and support to assigned business areas.
2. Use employment law and policy & procedure knowledge to advise on the best possible solutions.
3. Analyze HR performance management data and share requested information.
4. Assist in developing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
5. Contribute to workforce planning as needed.
6. Advise on recruitment and retention strategies.
7. SUPPORT MANAGEMENT IN DEALING WITH EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ISSUES, PROVIDING SOUND ADVICE ON IR MATTERS.
8. Manage recruitment processes through all stages, from drafting role specifications to candidate selection.
9. On-board and induct new employees.
10. Support payroll inputs for the organization.
11. Support probation management for all employees.
12. Design and deliver internal training courses as required.
Experience:
1. A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce.
2. No less than five years of relevant HR experience.
3. A full Category B driving license.
4. Public Sector experience is desirable but not essential.
5. Industrial Relations experience is highly desirable.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
