About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening connections with a diverse range of stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance accessibility and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development efforts across a range of services, including innovative accessibility projects.
* Identify and build strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
* Promote key initiatives, including an immersive training centre and a national mobile health service.
* Develop and implement community engagement projects and events.
* Present insights and recommendations based on engagement outcomes.
* Engage and influence C-level executives to secure partnerships and funding.
* Develop referral networks to expand client reach.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 3-5 years' experience in a Business Development role.
* A proven track record in revenue generation and scaling business opportunities.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
* A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
* Experience in the disability sector or working in a start-up environment is a distinct advantage.
