Within this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments
* Acting as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives
* Managing system documentation tasks, including converting user requirement specifications to detailed design specifications, writing configuration test plans, and creating summary reports
* Processing IT Applications change control requests
* Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach
* Training other IT Applications team members
* Coordinating with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner
* Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
* Leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
* Supporting day to day activities for IT Applications
* Providing on-the-floor guidance and support to employees
* Prioritizing the day-to-day work assignments for analysts within the IT department to support application troubleshooting activities
* Maintaining up to date training records for self and direct reports

* You have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
