Position: Junior Account Manager/Client Operations
Salary: 40,000 max (DOE) + End of Year Bonus
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and expert fleet management consultation. Handle client inquiries efficiently while adhering to all SLA terms. This role involves regular communication with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
Proactively analyze and report on key trends and factors affecting client fleets. Responsibilities include supporting clients and drivers, conducting prospect visits, delivering presentations, and attending meetings. Manage all logistical and planning aspects of fleet replacement cycles.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on invoicing, KPIs, SLA targets, and any ad hoc requests. Maintain exceptional service levels for clients while identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies to enhance cost-effectiveness.
What will I be doing every day?
* Act as the main operational contact for State Services Key Clients, building strong relationships and ensuring top-tier service.
* Plan, attend, and follow up on monthly client meetings, tracking actions and updates.
* Oversee all client reporting, including SLA, KPI, and financial reports.
* Ensure high service standards through proactive consultation, accurate order processing, and client retention strategies.
* Investigate and resolve client complaints within policy guidelines.
* Manage system updates for fleet, cost centers, and mileage tracking.
* Ensure fleet compliance with CVRT & Road Tax.
* Collaborate with Finance on credit approvals, invoices, and debtor management.
* Maintain process manuals and support technical queries and tenders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, assist with ad hoc client requests, and meet performance targets.
