Restaurant Manager at Adare Manor
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Michelin Plate awarded Carriage House team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver superior service and maximise guest engagement
* Gather guests feedback, resolve guest issues and recommend improvements
* Organise and supervise shifts
* Remain hands on throughout the entire shift and assist as needed
* Hold the team accountable to our Beyond Everything standards whilst remaining hands on and leading by example
* Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items
* Control operational costs and identify measures to minimise waste
* Train new and current team members on the agreed sequence of service
* Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
* Additonal responsibilities as provided by Senior Leadership in The Carriage House
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role
* Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to engage with guests and support colleagues on all levels
* Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
* Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
* Commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
