DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Junior NPD Technologist located in Dunmanway. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team, driving the development of innovative food products from initial concept through to successful market launch. This involves overseeing product trials, ensuring compliance with BRC quality standards, and collaborating closely with production teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient transition.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to meet their needs and rapidly provide market-ready products.Requirements A third-level qualification in Food Science, Culinary Innovation, or a related field is preferred. A genuine passion for food, ingredients, and innovation. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in Quality Assurance and BRC standards Strong Research and Development skills Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
