Job Title: People & Culture Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to lead the HR function and champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's mission, values, and business objectives.
* Lead on employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture.
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practices, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
* Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
* Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and fit for purpose.
* Lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring that the organisation promotes equal opportunities.
* Work closely with leadership to drive organisational change and support workforce planning.
* Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring accurate salary payments and benefits administration.
* Oversee HR systems and data management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
* Deliver HR-related training and development to managers and staff as required.
* Monitor key HR metrics and provide reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR management role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
