Job Description for L&D Executive
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Executive to join our team at a Top-Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience to take on a key role in providing knowledge and learning support to colleagues across the firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
Main Responsibilities
* User management and learner enrolment management within the LMS
* Editing video content for the LMS to enhance learning experiences
* Developing and refining learning curriculum and plans on the LMS
* Managing training manuals, user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
* Providing training support to advance the firm's learning initiatives
* Developing policies to ensure optimal use of the LMS
* Overseeing content quality, eliminating duplications, and ensuring relevance
* Liaising with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Maintaining reports from the LMS and staying up-to-date on updates
* Managing new learning content to support various programs
* Making recommendations based on the firm's L&D requirements
* Updating Share Point pages as required
Requirements
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Strong ability to learn new software quickly
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Keen interest and literacy in IT
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Good organizational and interpersonal skills
* Initiative and a proactive attitude
