The Role:
Advising on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, title documents, and lease agreements.
Managing due diligence processes and identifying key risks in property transactions.
Collaborating with clients, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Keeping up to date with real estate regulations and legal developments.
The Person:
Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with strong academic credentials.
Experience in real estate law (through training or post-qualification experience).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
A strong team player with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
