They are currently in search of a motivated and energetic Commercial Account Executive to join their team and enhance their partnerships with major retailers throughout Ireland
Job Description
* Ongoing Support: Assist the National Account Manager by managing promotional proposals, sales reports, and forecasts on an ongoing basis.
* Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings and promotions accordingly.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Execute the sales strategy to meet targets and enhance market share within designated retail accounts.
* Promotional Planning: Create and implement engaging promotional campaigns tailored to each retailer, including in-store displays, sampling events, and digital marketing efforts.
* Market Analysis: Examine market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance our product lineup.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and account activities while providing insights and strategies for ongoing improvement.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in supply chain, marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure strategic coherence and effective execution
The Successful Applicant
* Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a background in food business or food science seen as advantageous.
* Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for establishing rapport and influencing key stakeholders.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for interpreting data and making informed strategic choices.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with effective time management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
* Passion for Beauty: A genuine enthusiasm for cosmetics and beauty products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences.
* Flexibility: Willing to travel within Ireland as needed for client meetings and events
