New opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing Payroll Team in Cork City. This role is hybrid working with 2 days in the office.
Do you have 2+ years experience working in a payroll related role? This new opportunity in Cork is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is a problem solver. Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
This role is hybrid working with 2 days based in Cork City.

Responsibilities:
1. Input and process a high volume of timesheets on a weekly basis from multiple sources.
2. Deal with payroll related queries
3. Liaise with external provider on queries as required
4. Liaise with other members of Finance team (eg Credit Control, Reporting Team) on any payroll issues
5. Maintain accurate and up to date weekly filing on all transactions
6. Managing Payroll inbox
Requirements:
7. 2+ years' experience working in Payroll
8. IPASS qualification is desirable
9. Strong excel skills
10. Strong systems knowledge
11. Process driven
12. Excellent administration skills
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
