Facilities Manager – Corporate Finance
About the Company
We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to work on some exciting projects with one of Ireland’s well-known financial companies, based in the city centre. This role would suit someone who comes from a corporate background and has experience working in large global companies.
Within the role you will be involved in:
* Working across a large financial facility and taking responsibility for the site.
* Managing stakeholders.
* Managing a team of facilities technicians.
* Managing vendors and contracts.
* Managing SLA’s and subcontractor delivery.
* Sustainability Management.
* Using your creative side to create ideas and projects on how best to improve the site.
* Hard and soft services experience is essential in this role.
Experience/Requirements
For this role you must have:
* 8 years’ experience in a facilities role.
* Ideally coming from a corporate background.
* Experience in planning for large facilities.
* Spatial planning.
* A creative mentality.
* A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
* People management skills.
