Roles and Responsibilities: Provide Technical Assistance & OJT for the Uzbekistan MoD (CHARZ) with their H215M helicopters fleet.Perform and assist with the customer B1.3 & B2 technicians in the maintenance tasks program at the Operating Base (MOB).Carry out on-the-job training of the customer B1.3 & B2 technicians in accordance with the OJT plan.Answer questions from on-site Uzbekistan MoD representatives (Technicians) related to maintenance tasks performance.Provide feedback on the maintenance planning (monthly and weekly planning).Assist customer B1.3 & B2 technicians in understanding and using technical publications and other OEM technical data.Ensure quality regulations are met during maintenance activities.NOTE: The LAME will liaise and support at all times with the on-site AH/AHIS PoC. When necessary, the LAME will be required to sign off the relevant "End user's" official documents in accordance with Uzbek MoD related quality organization for the specific tasks executed.
