They are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee high-profile projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients.

Who should apply?
The successful candidates will have the following experience:
A minimum of 3 years' experience managing accounting issues in Practice or Industry, preferably with exposure to multinational operations.
A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
Strong knowledge and experience in US GAAP.
Experience working with multinational organisations or shared service environments.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional assignments.
A keen interest in financial reporting and a commitment to staying updated on the latest developments.
Strong client service focus, with the ability to identify and deliver value-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear, articulate reports.
Main Responsibilities As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will:
Lead and manage outsourced accounting and finance assignments for multinationals, including statutory accounting, audits, and global tax compliance projects.
Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality work is delivered within deadlines.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior finance professionals across various industries.
Identify new business opportunities and work with internal teams to convert leads into projects.
Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development.
Represent the organisation externally, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
