Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Ballyclare, Northern Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first line of contact for customers and greet them in a courteous manner
* Generate, amend and update service schedules and send reminders to customers
* Manage vehicle and customer databases, book PSV appointments and issue workshop job cards
* Process and close out workshop job cards, assist with invoicing and make outbound sales calls
* Manage key customer relationships and create maintenance contract quotes
Requirements:
* GCSE standard or equivalent education, including Maths and English
* Strong administration skills, excellent organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbally and written, internally and externally
* Ability to structure workload efficiently
Desired Criteria:
* Relevant service reception experience or working within a franchised car/heavy vehicle dealership
* Existing mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
