Our Partner Management hub is a global organisation nurturing over 23,000 SAP partners worldwide. This role is part of an evolving organization with expanding responsibilities. As a Partner Manager, you will develop and maintain a professional relationship with designated SAP Partners.
Your focus will be on executing Partner business plans, increasing partner satisfaction and revenue productivity, while contributing to SAP's growth strategy. You will also build relationships with key stakeholders inside the SAP organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with Partners to define and execute business goals aligned with SAP's selling strategy.
2. Understand the IT landscape, opportunities, and whitespace in your assigned Market Unit.
3. Translate SAP's strategy and key initiatives into relevant information for your Partners.
4. Build relationships with key stakeholders supporting your Partners' business goals.
5. Execute regular revenue forecast pipelines, demand generation activities, and Quarterly Business Reviews with your Partners to review achievements and adjust future targets as needed.
6. Coordinate and deliver targeted sessions to grow and develop your Partners' businesses.
7. Orchestrate support from teams to drive partners' revenue.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in IT sales (minimum 2 years).
2. Previous account or Partner management experience is preferred.
3. Proven experience in Account Management, Software/IT industry sector, Professional services & support roles, or Pre-Sales.
4. Understanding of partnership management in the IT space.
5. Confidence working at all levels within an organisation and possessing strong stature and presence.
6. Demonstrable strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, coaching skills are an advantage.
7. Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities.
8. Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
9. Previous experience driving the full Sales cycle.
10. A proactive and result-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
11. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
12. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German language proficiency is required.
