We're recruiting for a Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering (Project Finance) who will partner with key stakeholders to monitor and manage the financial performance of several key clients.
The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical and relationship-building skills to develop a deep understanding of finance KPIs and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop actions resulting in positive financial outcomes across the portfolio.
This role involves hybrid working, and the ideal candidate should be located within an easy commute to our office in Leopardstown, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial management of key client portfolios
* Deliver financial support to the Director of Finance and Snr Project Management leadership team
* Preparation of periodic financial reporting packages for Sr Director/VP of operations with insightful commentary, analysis, and recommendations
* Conduct periodic financial reviews with Snr Project Management leadership team to discuss the financial health of the portfolio
* Providing periodic financial reporting and managing the finance-to-finance relationship with clients in the portfolio
* Working on multidisciplinary teams on the implementation of key finance projects
* Managing a team of highly motivated finance professionals (Team of 6+)
* SUPPORT THE PREPARATION OF AD-HOC MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS

Requirements:
* Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience (ideally within a multinational, PLC group)
* Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team members
* Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with particular experience dealing with Senior Leadership
* Excellent communication skills & experience dealing with external clients on finance-related topics
* Problem solver and proven track record of implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
* Negotiation experience & ability to resolve conflicts
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel
