Job Title: Assets Manager
Manage performance and customer relations for the Associations responsive maintenance service, assisting the Director of Assets in delivering a quality asset management service to tenants.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic delivery of asset management services
* Performance monitoring in client-facing roles (SLAs & KPI adherence)
* Customer engagement and satisfaction
* MTC Contract management mechanical, electrical & building fabric services
* Constructing business cases, board reports, and presentations
Requirements:
* HNC, HND, or Bachelors Degree in a mechanical, electrical, or Building Services discipline
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level
* Relevant experience including MTC Contract management, SLA/KPI adherence, and customer engagement
* Experience of constructing business cases, board reports, and presentations
* IT literacy with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, databases, spreadsheets, budgeting)
* Current full driving license and access to suitable transport
