Key Responsibilities:
* Forge and enhance relationships with key account retailers to meet and exceed annual targets.
* Collaborate in the planning and forecasting processes to align with commercial requirements.
* Identify and capitalize on profitable trading opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
* Maintain transparency of new and existing sales pipelines and ensure strategic progress at each developmental stage.
* Create and implement tailored business plans that reflect both customer and marketing strategies.
* Audit and promote best practices in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity management.
* Maintain a strong customer-centric ethos, demonstrating a proactive attitude to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Key Account Management role within a CPG or FMCG context.
* Proven expertise in managing multiple product listings and key retailer relationships effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities to meet varied sales objectives.
* Strong written and verbal skills, with the capability to articulate innovative concepts clearly.
* Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and abilities to meet comprehensive client needs.
