The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager, M & A to join our Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory team. As a member of our team, you will be part of a high-performance team operating in a flexible and hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage tax due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive identification and assessment of tax risks and opportunities.
2. Advise on transaction structures, identifying risks, opportunities and strategies to optimise tax outcomes.
3. Review and analyse legal documentation from a tax perspective.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for all M&A tax-related matters.
5. Provide strategic advice on tax-efficient acquisition, financing and exit strategies.
6. Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
1. ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified.
2. Minimum 4-5+ years' post qualification experience in a large practice (ideally Big 6).
3. Strong technical knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for clients.
4. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and the team.
