Job Title: Facilities Manager - Soft Services
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all Soft Services on our clients site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of key support services, including cleaning, workplace experience, waste management, security, events, and technical services.
* Serve as the primary operational contact, resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining clear communication.
* Implement and support Health and Safety initiatives in collaboration with the Health and Safety team.
* Manage relationships with external service providers and monitor contract performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for efficiency.
* Implement initiatives to enhance sustainability and operational effectiveness.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in a Facilities Manager Position
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in leading and developing teams
* Knowledge of health and safety practices
* Ability to contribute to and support operational improvement projects
* Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors
