* Customer Service: Address customer complaints and queries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Returns Management: Manage webstore returns efficiently and identify process enhancements.
* People Management: Lead the webstore warehouse team, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
* Logistics Partner Relations: Negotiate competitive rates with logistic partners for efficient delivery.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in modern webstore environments with strong customer understanding.
* Hands-on expertise in supervising and managing order selection, preparation, and shipment.
* Proficient in using INTACT systems and other relevant platforms.
* Strong customer service background with complaint resolution skills.
* Skilled in managing webstore returns and process improvements.
* IT proficient with advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
