Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator within our team. The Customer Service Administrator will be the primary link to our customers within the Aftersales and Service Department. The Customer Service Administrator will be supporting our engineers who are working on a multitude of systems including the following technologies: Filtration, Ion Exchange, Ultraviolet disinfection (UV), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Electro-deionisation (EDI), Ozone, Water for Injection (WFI) and Pure Steam Generation (PSG). They will work in a multi-functional team working closely with all departments to provide First Class Customer Service. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to make the role their own and constantly reimagine how best to satisfy our customer’s demands.
Job Function & Specific Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling of Service Engineer’s maintenance calls.
* Confirm bookings and follow up with dates scheduled.
* Arrange RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and Inductions for Site visits.
* Organise forward planning of spares parts and consumables required for future scheduled maintenance and call outs.
* Acknowledge orders to Customers.
* Process Customer orders on the ERP system.
* Place Purchase Orders with suppliers and arrange logistics.
* Maintain promised dates on Open Sales Orders.
* Process Customer billing on the ERP system.
* Liaise constantly with customers, suppliers, and warehouse, to ensure customer needs are met.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by always delivering a professional and pro-active experience for our clients.
* Be the point of contact for the customer in the business.
* Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships with customers.
Job Qualifications & Required Skills:
* Preferred 2-3 years Customer Service experience.
* Experience within the Pharma Industry an advantage.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft / Outlook / CRM / ERP Systems.
* Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail is essential.
* A positive attitude and a team player.
This is an Office (Duleek Co. Meath) based role.
