Exciting opportunity to join the team! Your duties would involve but are not limited to:
* Assisting the Head Chef with the everyday management and service of a busy all year round food offering within the hotel.
* In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
* Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
* Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
* Assisting the Head Chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes and ideas.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within 4 star/5 star hotels.
* Ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experience.
