We are currently seeking highly-motivated Senior Physiotherapists to join our teams in Wicklow.
Contract Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent Full and Part Time Contracts – CDNT5 North Wicklow, Bray
Salary Scale: WTE: €57,771 to €68,385 pro rata per annum
Overview: To work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing services to children aged 0-18 years and families within the region. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a physiotherapy service to include assessment diagnostics and intervention and ongoing service delivery to children with a range of disabilities. The post holder will be required to work across a variety of settings including the clinic, schools, preschools and special schools, children’s homes and community settings.

The successful candidate will have:
Candidates for appointment must:
1. Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
2. Have three years full time (or an aggregate of three years full time) post qualification clinical experience.
3. Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
4. Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
5. On appointment, practitioners must maintain annual registration on Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
6. Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.
7. Be eligible to work in the State.
8. Hold a full driver's licence and have access to own transport.
9. A minimum of 2 years’ Physiotherapy paediatric experience.
10. Eligible for membership to The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
11. Have experience of working with children.
12. Previous post graduate physiotherapy experience working with children with disabilities.
13. Previous post graduate experience of supervision of students or other physiotherapists.
