Team Member Position in Payroll
We are inviting applications for a Team Member position in Payroll. The successful candidate will join our skilled and professional team, contributing to the delivery of an effective payroll service to over 6,000 employees and over 7,000 pensioners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input to and manage a range of payroll services to ESB employees.
* Delivery of an excellent customer enquiry service to managers and staff.
* In conjunction with line managers and HR Shared Services, ensure compliance with ES agreements and terms and conditions.
* Ensure PAYE and Revenue data is updated and compliant.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* An orientation to working with detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
* Strong administration and organizational skills to ensure effective and timely delivery of services.
* Ability to deal with complex, numeric data.
* Good computer literacy.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on a range of duties as assigned.

Salary:
€32,400 - €38,500 per annum depending on experience.
