To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
You will train other team members and will motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organising the team schedule.
To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Assistant Manager.
A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.
We'll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
