Are you looking for a part time Accounts Assistant position on an expanding team? This is the perfect role for someone with 2+ years experience
Key Requirements:
1. Posting of bank transactions on a regular basis
2. Bank reconciliation
3. Coding and inputting of purchase invoices
4. Balance Sheet Reconciliations
5. Reconciliation of creditors and preparation of petty cash transactions
6. General office management administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements:
7. Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work on own initiative
8. Excellent computer skills
9. Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts and Excel are desirable
10. Excellent English written and oral skills
11. Strong work ethic and flexibility
12. Attention to detail
13. Positive can-do attitude
