Account Manager for Technical Services/Engineering Company
As an expanding engineering business in Dublin, we are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to spearhead our technical services. In this Client-Facing Management role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering all technical services to assigned client contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with operations and service line managers to ensure exceptional service standards meet contractual KPIs for assigned key client accounts.
* Promote a strong customer service culture within the team, emphasizing service delivery and accountability while continuously striving for higher standards and performance improvement.
* Assume full project management responsibility from procurement to project delivery for projects, ensuring seamless execution.
* Work closely with the company's project department to secure and develop larger assignments that align with our strategic objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong partnering relationships with senior client teams to understand their business needs, build trust, and deliver innovative solutions.
* Maintain financial accountability for the performance of all service lines within contracts and identify opportunities for business development.
* Schedule all works (PPMs and reactive) to ensure efficient running of client portfolios.
* Develop annual business objectives, plans, and budgets for all contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Prepare and present monthly and quarterly KPIs for client review, showcasing performance metrics and progress.
* Establish clearly defined procedures (SOPs) for all service lines, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.
* Ensure Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety compliance for all projects under your control, maintaining a safe working environment.

* Have P&L experience, budget management skills, including project delivery and cost control, to optimize resources.
* Exhibit exceptional Client relationship management skills to build trust, credibility, and become the provider of choice.
* Highlight project management experience in FM/M&E environments, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
* Showcase customer-focused approaches, understanding SLAs, and delivering contract KPIs to exceed expectations.
