Service Desk Administrator Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Desk Administrator to join our growing team in Cork City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
* Ensure all maintenance and repairs are logged and booked in efficiently.
* Manage a busy email inbox and handle phone calls from clients and engineers to maximize project efficiency.
* Prepare reports for projects and liaise with the Accounts department regarding invoicing.
* Collaborate closely with other team members and management.
