Job description Job Title: Customer Care Representative Reporting to: General Manager / Customer Care Manager Department: Woodside Distribution Contract Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Hours of work: Week / Week Work Location: On site at our Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure The Role: Working with our existing Customer Care team, being the initial point of contact for our customers and partners.
To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Care to ensure all goods delivered within the required transit, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
Working in fast-paced environment with various areas of the role involving supporting the operation of the business, as well as customer care.
To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.

Full training will be provided along with continued support from the team.
Employee specification: Possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across various media (e.g.
