Director of Cost Management
We are delighted to support an international construction consultancy in their search for a Director of Cost Management based in Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have experience working from the UK or Ireland and be willing to relocate. The company offers full relocation support, including assistance with visas, flights, and accommodation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team across various projects and industries, providing strategic direction and guidance.
* Manage commercial outputs, including estimating, cost management, and financial planning.
* Oversee team resources, recruitment, training, and business development.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in cost management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
* Chartered membership with a relevant professional body.
* Variety of project experience in the built environment, with a preference for hospital projects.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Cost X, Planswift, or similar estimating software.
