About ECommerce at Nitro:
The ECommerce team is part of the Revenue Marketing team at Nitro.
We are responsible for the revenue and growth for our ECommerce motion.
We also connect the dots between our ECommerce customers and their journey and our Enterprise CS and Sales team ensuring our customers are supported in the way they want with a seamless customer experience.
The Role:
We are looking for a commercially focused Director of ECommerce, based in Dublin, to lead the team responsible for ECommerce revenue at Nitro.
As Director of ECommerce, you'll own the ECommerce revenue number and will be responsible to increase conversion and maximise revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew and manage their subscriptions.
This role is for someone who considers themselves a marketer, a salesperson and cares deeply about customer and product experiences.
You like to be hands-on, data focused and are excited to see your work translate into revenue success.
What you'll be doing:
With the VP of Revenue Marketing define the revenue plan for ECommerce including critical inputs and data required to achieve plan.
Work with a cross-functional tiger team including product, IT, finance, sales, operations to define the required needs to achieve plan and to execute cross functional projects.
Own our ECommerce tech stack and vendor alignment to ensure a seamless buying and adoption process for our online buyers.
Own, monitor and drive the ECommerce number and you will also partner with the wider marketing team to align and drive overall revenue for the organization.
Partner with the performance marketing, web and operations team to utilise all digital channels to drive to EComm revenue goals.
Drive a consistent program of testing and optimizations to improve our EComm experience.
